Can I book on the day?
Yes — same-day reservations are accepted when slots are open. Please check live availability on our booking page.
Are late-night sessions available?
Yes, we are open until 5 AM. Last admission depends on the treatment — please refer to the booking page.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
Do you offer English support?
Front-desk service is currently Japanese only. Booking pages are available in English, but please be prepared with translation assistance if needed.
Is the salon open to men?
Yes. We welcome both men and women.
Can couples book together?
Subject to room availability — please contact us in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and PayPay.
Can I extend my session?
Extensions are sometimes possible depending on availability. Please ask your therapist.
Can I come if I'm pregnant?
For your safety, please let us know in advance and only attend with your doctor's approval.
Is this a medical massage?
No. Our services are for relaxation only and are not a substitute for medical care.
